All orders are shipped either same day or within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you when your order is shipped to confirm. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders under 2 pounds may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening will be shipped out on Monday. Large furniture orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturers’ warehouse. We will contact you immediately if an item is unavailable.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Military Addresses. We only ship to the 48 Contiguous States.

Return Policy
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping). Item(s) MUST be returned in brand-new condition and unopened with the original box. If an item has been opened, it will be returned to you. Returns must be made within 14 days from purchase date. Please call first for a return authorization. **There is a 10% restocking fee for any returned orders.**
EXCHANGES: We will be glad to exchange an item, but it must be returned in brand new unopened condition. An additional shipping charge will apply to send the new item to you. **There is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges.** A credit will be given for the return product, which will be applied toward a new order.
DAMAGES: Damaged items must be reported within 5 days from the date of receipt. We will need to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.
Items must be returned to: My Hobby Place, 37533 Schoolcraft Road, Livonia, Michigan 48150. PLEASE remember to call first for a return authorization or the shipment may not be accepted. My Hobby Place.com cannot offer any credits or refunds past 14 days after you receive your order. After the return is received and inspected, the appropriate credit will be given.
